What areas do you actually cover?
Clay County, FL and the immediately surrounding areas — including Green Cove Springs, Middleburg, Orange Park, and Fleming Island. Traveling outside our core zone may add a small travel fee — we'll always confirm before we book.

We're available Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm for standard scheduling. After-hours and emergency requests are handled on a best-effort basis — call or text us directly and we'll let you know right away if we can make it work, along with pricing.
Is Remote Online Notarization (RON) legit?
Yes — RON is fully legal under Florida Statute §117.275. You just need a valid photo ID and an internet connection. We handle the rest.
How does process serving actually get authorized?
In our jurisdiction, process servers are appointed by the court on a per-case basis, at the filing attorney's motion — not through a standing certification. If you're an attorney, you request the appointment, and we're ready to serve as soon as the court signs off.
What happens if a process-serving attempt doesn't succeed?
Every commercial serve includes up to 2 attempts and full proof of service documentation. Additional attempts are billed at $25 each — no surprises.
Do you work with law offices, real estate offices, or property managers on a regular basis?
Yes. If you send us recurring work, reach out directly and we'll set up a standing arrangement — one direct contact, priority scheduling, and the same reliable service every time.
Is Verdict Light certified, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Our notaries are NNA-certified, and Verdict Light is bonded and insured, in compliance with Florida notary statutes §117.05 and §117.275.
